How to claim the NordVPN student discount
- Go to the NordVPN page on Student Beans.
- Sign up for free and verify you’re a student (school login, school email or a photo of your student ID).
- Copy your NordVPN student code.
- Pick the 2-year plan at NordVPN checkout. This is where the biggest discount and the 3 bonus months apply.

NordVPN student discount: FAQ
Does NordVPN have a student discount?
Yes. NordVPN runs its student offer through Student Beans. Verified students currently get up to 79% off the 2-year plan plus 3 extra months.
How do I get the NordVPN student discount?
Create a free Student Beans account, verify that you are a student, copy the NordVPN code and enter it at NordVPN checkout. Verification is usually instant but can take a few days if you upload a document.
Is the NordVPN student discount better than the normal deal?
Only by a little. NordVPN’s biggest public deal is already up to 75% off 2 years plus 3 extra months, so the student code adds a few extra percent. If verification fails, the public deal is almost as good.
Can I use the NordVPN student discount on a renewal?
No. Student codes are for new purchases. After the first term your plan renews at NordVPN’s standard price, so turn off auto-renew if you want to shop around again.
Does NordVPN offer a free trial for students?
There is no free trial on desktop, but every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee, which works like a free trial if you cancel in time.
